Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads using provided scripts and guidelines.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure accurate data entry.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
Requirements
Previous experience in a sales or lead generation role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation.
