Purpose

The purpose of this position is to stay in touch with and follow up with the company’s clients, as well as to generate new business through marketing the company’s products and services.

Handle consumer concerns by identifying, investigating, and resolving them.
Inform appropriate company staff about new product and service opportunities, specific developments, information, or feedback obtained during field activity.
Create and manage current and potential client relationships.
Present and market the company’s products and services to current and prospective customers.
Follow up on new leads and recommendations generated through field work.
Create and keep sales materials and product knowledge up to date.
Prepare quotes and obtain approvals.
Create presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.

Requirements

Three-year engineering qualification or N6
Diploma in Sales or Marketing
Experience in rail related products
