The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategy, project management and execution of the marketing team offering to Distribution Exco members and to Wealth Adviser Offices nationally. Marketing campaigns and support for the PSG Insure Adviser Offices and client and operational communications for the PSG Insure and Western Insure brands. 

Responsibilities:PSG Insure & Western:

• Insure adviser office marketing support (Ads conceptualise, brochureware, newsletters proofread, event guidance and support, signage, sponsorships guidance etc.)
• Client and internal operational communications (draft in plain language / proofread)
• Project management of marketing projects
• Rolling out of national advertising campaigns on a local basis to adviser offices
• Marketing representative advising on operational projects.
• Report on behalf of/represent marketing on various internal committees.
• Support to events (conceptualise, content, communication, presentations)
• Liaising with various stakeholders within the business (Management, advisers, operational support departments)
• Brief and liaise with external agencies.

Wealth (Distribution)

• Wealth adviser office marketing support (Ads conceptualise, brochureware, newsletters proofread, event guidance and support, signage, sponsorships guidance etc.)
• Contract negotiation and relationship management
• Evaluate and advise on sponsorship and client function initiatives.
• Marketing plans and putting processes in place.
• Media plan
• Manage and brief suppliers.
• Assist with Advisor Development Programme initiatives.
• Campaign conceptualisation.
• Digital and print advertising creative and campaign briefs
• TAS projects assistance and input
• Report on behalf of/represent marketing on various internal committees.
• Client and internal operational communications (draft in plain language / proofread) communications.
• PSG Series input and communication
• Manage a team of 4 individuals

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing
• 5 – 7 years of relevant marketing work experience
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
