Indie has an in-house creative and media team that looks after the full scope of our own marketing efforts. You will work closely with a team of art directors, digital/multimedia designers, copywriters and paid media specialists.

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketer to help track, test, analyse and optimise our marketing efforts and digital sales processes in order to drive revenue in a high-growth environment.

What will make you successful in this role?

Responsibilities

  • Build and drive the growth strategy across our owned channels (website, CRM, organic social) to optimise the digital user journey.
  • Use data to define success for our digital acquisition funnel, to optimise funnel performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Work collaboratively with our Product, Engineering, Data, Digital Sales and Marketing teams to implement growth strategies across the digital customer journey.
  • Measure and report on the success of the digital sales funnel by building on our existing reporting structure and frameworks.
  • Understanding our customers and their behaviour across the full customer journey, from performance marketing through to acquisition.
  • Own and drive projects to maximise growth and revenue across multiple digital touchpoints.
  • Strong experience using data to implement and inform a test-and-learn approach to optimisation of our digital assets.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 7+ years experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years spent in a growth function within an eCommerce business, with FinTech being highly beneficial.
  • Proven experience in generating revenue through optimisation of digital funnels across the entire digital customer journey – acquisition and retention.
  • Expert in Google Marketing Platform: Analytics 360, Tag Manager, Optimize, Data Studio, BigQuery.
  • Ability to design A/B tests and interpret results using testing tools like Google Optimize to recommend next steps to Business Owners.
  • Ability to analyse and present complex data to various stakeholder levels.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
  • An astute problem solver, with well-developed quantitative and analytical skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a high-energy, high-growth environment.
