Job Description

Reporting to: Contract Sales Manager

  • Main Purpose:
  • To promote and develop business in the Industrial Air Filtration Division’s sphere of expertise and area of operation with a view to keeping abreast with and improving the company’s overall turnover and profit forecasts.
  • Attainment of an individual turnover target established mutually between the incumbent and his Manager.
  • Attainment of an average divisional profit target
  • Levels of new business opportunities generated.
  • Maintenance current business generation levels. e. Containment of personal selling expenses.
  • Promotion of new business opportunities from within designated geographic and demographic areas of responsibility.
  • Servicing of existing business opportunities from within designated geographic and demographic areas of responsibility.
  • Assisting in the development of spares and servicing business in the designated geographic and demographic areas of responsibility.
  • Collection and simulation of information required for production well engineered and accurately costed solutions to client needs.
  • Presentation of solutions to clients.
  • Follow up and closure of all business opportunities.
  • Production of business opportunity and follow up reports.
  • Maintenance of business opportunity recording and filing systems.
  • Keeping abreast with company product developments and their areas of opportunity.
  • All clients – potential and existing – within designated geographic and demographic areas of responsibility.
  • Industrial Air Filtration contracts, engineering and administrative department
