Job Description


Our client, leaders in the Office Automation and ICT (Information Computer Technology) services industry, is seeking both a medium and senior level Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu Natal.

Position Info

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell ICT products and services
  • New business development
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers
  • Grow the company’s customer base by generating new business through cold calling and direct telephonic sales
  • Maintain existing customer base through effective servicing and upselling
  • Relationship building
  • Achieve set activity and GP targets
  • Update CRM daily
  • Computer literate

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Medium level Sales Consultant
  • 2 years industry experience
  • Senior level Sales Consultant
  • 3 to 5 years industry experience
  • A qualification in Sales and Marketing would be highly beneficial
  • BPO / CRM experience advantageous
  • Proven ability to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Good telephonic and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Well presented
  • Team player
  • Energetic individual with a positive attitude
