What are you going to do?
Candidate Qualification: As a Finance Recruitment Consultant, you’ll also have the opportunity to utilize your persuasive communication skills through cold-calling candidates and as well as having warm leads from our sourcing team. You’ll take the initiative to proactively reach out to potential candidates, introducing them to exciting finance job opportunities and assessing their qualifications and interest. Through engaging conversations, you’ll effectively communicate the benefits and growth prospects associated with the roles you’re presenting. Your ability to build rapport, ask insightful questions, and convey the value of each opportunity will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top finance talent. Cold calling candidates allows you to be proactive in your search and opens doors to discovering hidden gems in the talent pool.
Talent Acquisition: Proactively build a pipeline of qualified finance candidates using your industry knowledge and effective sourcing techniques. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements
Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in finance or accounting. Familiarity with financial roles is a plus.
Finance Knowledge: Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, with a finger on the pulse of industry trends.
Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication abilities to convey complex financial concepts effectively.
Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport quickly, fostering long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
