Responsibilities:
✅ Strategy: Support global strategy for Lounges in the Middle East
✅ Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with core airport ecosystem partners
✅ New Business: Identify, negotiate, and secure new rewarding commercial partnership
✅ Commercial Negotiation: Drive optimum terms and conditions for partnerships
✅ Contract Management: Ensure preferential contractual terms reflecting our global scale
✅ Analysis and Reporting: Provide insights on partnership performance and growth potential
✅ Marketing Collaboration: Maximize partner exposure through various channels.
Requirements:
✔️ Strong track record in winning exclusive deals and managing international supplier relationships.
✔️ Experience in the airport economy sector, especially in the Middle East, is advantageous.
✔️ Excellent relationship-building skills in an international environment.
✔️ Proven team management experience within a matrix structure.
✔️ Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
✔️ Persuasive and influential at a senior level.
✔️ Strong commercial acumen and negotiating skills.
✔️ Excellent networking and communication skills.
✔️ Salesforce understanding desirable; willingness to learn essential.
✔️ Passion for keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor information.
