Job Description

The main purpose of this position is to oversee all marketing, advertising, suppliers and activities across the entire property portfolio.

  • Oversee all marketing, advertising, suppliers, and activities across entire portfolio.
  • Manage marketing for the malls.
  • Manage marketing for residential buildings, offices and industrial.
  • Creating content and managing all social media pages.
  • Manage marketing for the Company and the REIT.
  • Manage and updating of website for the REIT.
  • Search engine optimization.
  • Designing work for campaigns.
  • Working with national tenants for sponsorships for campaigns.
  • Managing budgets and forecasts.
  • Managing campaigns from start to end.
  • Planning and implementation of CSR.
  • Adjusting and tailoring marketing strategies based on unique target markets.
  • Monitor and review all marketing activities results.
  • Ensuring all marketing campaigns are aligned with the allocated budget.
  • Monthly reporting on marketing for the different Landlords.
  • Sourcing of in-country service providers where applicable.
  • Engaging with centre manager on promotions and events at the mall.
  • Increasing footprints.
  • Annual marketing presentations for year-ahead campaigns.
  • Any other duties as delegated from time to time by the CEO and the COO.

RequirementsMarketing related qualification

3-5 years experience in a similar role

Property And Retail Experience Essential

Regular visits to the centres. Travel to the Centres in SA and Africa at least once a month
