The Lecturer will be based on Campus
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Human Resource Management/HRM. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, assessing student work, participating in curriculum development, and engaging in academic research.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Industry Experience
At least 1 year of teaching experience
Previous experience delivering lectures both on-campus and online, preferably with hybrid (semi-remote/online) students.
Responsibilities
Deliver lectures on various subjects within the Human Resource Management Programme, including Computer practice (N4), Management Communication (N4), Entrepreneurship and Business Management (N4-N5), Personnel Management ( N4-N6), Labour Relations (N5-N6), Public Relations (N5-N6), Personnel Training (N5-N6)
Contribute to the development of academic content and course materials.
Assist with administrative tasks related to courses and attend departmental meetings as required.
Maintain knowledge of service standards and engage in personal and professional development.
Research and develop new topics, courses, and teaching materials, including online resources.
Participate in examination certification and promote student success.
Conduct face-to-face contact sessions with students and provide support to distance learners.
Key Performance Areas
Academic content development and effective lecturing.
Demonstrating academic leadership and engaging in research.
Monitoring student records and academic progress.
General academic administration tasks.
Providing support and conducting contact sessions for distance learners.
