Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Analyst to join our team. As a Lead Generation Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating outbound calls to prospects, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and engage in meaningful conversations to generate interest in our products/services.
  • Identify decision-makers and key influencers within target organizations and build relationships with them.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their objectives and revenues.
  • Gather and document accurate information about leads and their requirements in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or with qualified leads.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or other communication channels to nurture relationships and ensure ongoing interest.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned targets for lead generation and conversion rates.
