Job Description

Responsibilities

Create manufacturing drawings in accordance with company standards
Ensure all manufacturing drawings meet drawing office standards
Create and update cutting lists in accordance with Drawing Office standards
Ensure all cutting list data is accurate and up to date
Measure samples
Measure miscellaneous parts required for manufacturing
Update NC program directory for Sheet Metal Department
Ensure NC programs are updated to latest revisions
Issue job cards for custom equipment as per works order
Ensure production schedules are kept up to date with the current status
Maintain and update the Drawing Office job register as and when required

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Technical or CAD drawing subjects advantageous)
Draughting Diploma/Certificate
None to 2 years
Basic knowledge or understanding of Sheet Metal
3D Software Certificate
Nesting Software, Solid Edge & Rivet, AUTO-CAD, Meta Cam & Excel
