Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join Dentons as a Global Sustainability Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Dentons’ global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and gain valuable experience in the field of sustainability.

You will work closely with our cross-practice teams to integrate perspectives and develop holistic solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on global ESG regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of ESG strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze ESG data.
  • Support the preparation of ESG reports, disclosures, and communications.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring ESG performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the identification and evaluation of ESG risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental studies, sustainability, business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in ESG issues and sustainability.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
