Our Talent Team is on the hunt for a Digital Sales Specialist to join our Growth Division. The role will be based in Pretoria West, Johannesburg or Durban Westville and report to the National Training Manager.
The purpose of the role is to provide Digital Sales support to Management and Infield Teams to ensure the smooth running of the RCL Customer Infield Teams. To proactively manage all administrative tasks in a timely and anticipatory manner to ensure that both internal and external customer needs are fully met. To process the information collated from the Fieldko system that will drive effective strategy formulation for the said Teams as well as controls the output of implementation. To perform data analytics that will show insight which is our richest sources of opportunity. Process data that drives the sales force system, our Outlet Targeting Model that ensures maximum return on investment from our Sales resources. Build and maintain sales system that delivers tracking/data insights that matches performance criteria. Provide full field reporting through BI/Fieldko/Sales system reporting to all FP Functional areas. Manage Outbound Digital Sales Agents structure and ensure that they deliver on the contact matrix and strike rate targets set out.
