Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and managing large amounts of data into our systems. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
• Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with data entry software and database systems is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team.
