Purpose Of The Job
The Internal Customer Service Manager is responsible for developing, managing and coaching the Customer Service Consultant team, ensuring that the team has the highest level of customer service and communication as their first priority, as well as ensuring that the team is achieving set sales targets.

Technical Competencies and responsibilities
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a sales/customer service environment is essential
- Experience managing a team of +-6 employees
- Understand the customer needs and ensure effective support and problem solving is applied
- Team management, ensuring disciplinary actions are taken regarding the teams performance
- Continuous training and coaching to ensure the team is equipped to provide quality services
- Understand sales targets given to the team and ensure the team are updated regularly on their performance
- Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
- Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbally
- Interpersonal skills
