Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant.

Minimum experience

No less than 15-20 years
10 years of which in Mid to Senior Management positions.
A minimum of 5 years at Executive Management level.

Knowledge & skills required

Proven experience as CFO or other senior managerial position.
Experience in the management of senior staff / departmental heads.
Strong understanding of corporate finance
Responsible for the management of the finance team
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
An eye for detail.
Good at planning and organising.
Strong at communicating.
A good leader.
The courage to make difficult decisions when required.
A high level of business awareness and acumen.
Note: It is the intention to appoint a candidate as the second-in-charge to the CEO in order to shadow him and ultimately take over full control of the business. To this extent, this is a career opportunity where the sky is the limit.

The candidate MUST be in good standing with all arms of law enforcement agencies of the country.
