This role is a commission based role for the first 3 months with huge incentives and the potential of a permanent contract with a salary and commission. We are open to setting individual goal plans per employee to set up a motivating incentive structure that drives them to bring in more business.
We are also willing to bring on people who want to work part time or have other jobs and are looking to make some extra income.
The commission is extremely lucrative and why we operate this way is to allow employees to work as and when they want. This structure allows you to choose your salary but not be stuck in an office like many others are.
Should you want to work non stop for 2 days and crush it then take the rest of the week off, then by all means you can. Ideally we want someone who wants to crush it every day and bring in more and more money.
