Job Description

Requirements

  • Bookkeeping qualification
  • Must have worked in a small office environment and be happy to do ad hoc admin duties
  • Knowledge of logistics, waybills is advantageous

Duties

  • Bookkeeping to Trial Balance
  • Cashbook on Pastel
  • Data capturing
  • Invoicing, VAT returns, PAYE
  • Truck recons (about 600 trucks) fuel recons
  • Dealing with suppliers and transporters
  • Big reconciliations
