Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Assistant/Business Operations Assistant.
If you have a passion for fashion, strong spreadsheet skills, and experience in project management software, we want to hear from you!

  • Work closely with the team to assist in order fulfillment and business operations
  • Manage and update data in spreadsheets, tracking numbers, and other relevant information
  • Create shopping guides for clients based on their individual preferences and needs
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient order processing and delivery
  • Utilize project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday) for task management and organization
  • Familiarity with communication tools like Slack and Google Sheets
  • Outreach (to press, writers)
  • Update of SOPs
  • Other ad hoc admin tasks


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or fashion industry setting
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet management and data entry
