Job Description

A compliance and legal consultancy company is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join their team as an Administrative Assistant. This is an in-office position with flexible working hours.   • Provide essential support to the COO and Compliance Officer, ensuring their daily operations run smoothly
  • Efficiently manage incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain well-organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of important information
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping
  • Monitor and order office supplies, maintain equipment, and liaise with vendors for repairs and maintenance
  • Provide support during meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating logistical aspects
  • Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Safeguard confidential information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data


  • Minimum 2 years proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
  • Any additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
